Hotel Continental is very near to the Sanctuary of our Lady of Lourdes, near the gate of St Joseph. Very quiet and peaceful. There is a lift in the hotel. For the price we paid, the room is good and comfortable . It is spacious enough for our two large luggages. From Lourdes airport to the hotel, the bus stop is at Paradis, which is very near to the hotel. Per our request, Patricia was very kind to allow us early check in and have a beautiful river view from our room. Hinde arranged a good taxi rate to Pau airport for us. Ariana climbed up the stairs, just so we could have a kettle quickly. Christopher responded to all my emails immediately and greeted us every morning when we have our breakfast. The staff is very amazing and very very helpful. Breakfast is good. There is ham, cheese, bread, fruits, fruit salad and eggs, etc. Would definitely love to stay in Hotel Continental on our next trip.

A special thank-you to the receptionist, who greeted us with genuine warmth and a smile. Their helpful attitude perfectly matches the hotel’s impeccable standards. From the moment I arrived, the front-desk staff made me feel valued. The receptionist was attentive, well-versed, and a wonderful representation of the hotel’s commitment to excellence.
