The fine print
Between 26th Feb - 5th Aug we will be embarking on a £4m transformation of our hotel. It does mean that things might feel a little different to normal during this time - and there may be some alternative routes or temporary diversions in place – but rest assured we’ll still be delivering the same fabulous experiences, such as our award-winning breakfast and the chance to unwind in Burleigh Springs Leisure Club.Reception remains open 24 hours a day and the team is on hand to make sure your stay is an enjoyable one.When using satellite navigation systems, please use the postcode LE11 3GR.Please note that guests will need photo ID (Passport/Driving licence) when checking in at the hotel. Guests should also present their reservation confirmation details.

Meals were all good. Quiet in tree setting. Swimming pool and sauna was nice. There was a good atmosphere with lots of young people around.

The staff were very friendly and helped us with anything we needed , I particularly liked their respect when travelling with a small child , my son loved the pool and jacuzzi -

Beds comfortable and shower excellent. Fresh free cookies a lovely treat when arriving after a long journey. Staff excellent.
