There is nothing not to like the place is perfect this is the second time we have stayed here and we will definitely stay here again every time we go to Cornwall

Friendly welcome from staff and patrons. Lostwithiel is an untouristy (in the off season at least) but interesting town. The room was comfortable and the breakfast was very nice. The Royal Oak is truly dog friendly with no charge. A great place to stop on our way down into Cornwall.

Everything was satisfactory, great choice of breakfast, great menu for day and evening meals. Locals were very friendly. Had a lovely welcome from the time we walked in. Graham and Simon real great guys. Will stay again.
