Characterful and very clean. Well located for all attractions in the area and plenty of good places to eat, drink in the town, the centre of which is just a short walk from Penrose

We had a wonderful stay in Lostwithiel, it is a fabulous location to explore Cornwall. The view from our window was beautiful. The hosts are lovely and there are so many breakfast choices. We will recommend this place to our friends.

This places is a little gem of a find. Heidi and Chris gave us the biggest welcome ive ever recieved from a bnb or hotel. A beautiful well kept house with amazing views. We stayed in the little apartment with our little dog. Everything you could need was there. Comfortable beds. Lovely towels and soaps etc... Excellent service great breakfast and a lovely little town to visit . Close to other attractions including the Eden project. I would most definitely recommend this place and visit again!!!

Chris and Heidi were excellent hosts. The room was spacious, warm and comfortable with a small, well equipped kitchen. Breakfast was outstanding.
