Clear instructions for checking in. Well decorated. Good size TV. Nice and clean. Comfy bed. Lots of board games. Very welcoming, with a couple drinks and chocolate left out for our arrival. Very welcoming for dogs with a bowl and treats provided.

Very clean and cosy with everything we needed to enjoy a weekend at the seaside. The location of the caravan is great, near to the restaurant and play park/swimming pool and very close to the beach too. A lovely veranda to sit on and even some puzzles and games for the children. Lossiemouth is a 30 minute walk along the beach and is a lovely town. We saw some RAF planes too which was exciting!

The caravan was beautiful, clean, spacious and has everything you need. Not even a minute walk to the beach. We had lovely extras when we arrived, champagne, chocolates and treats for the dog's. The host went above and beyond. Now for the park itself. When we went to buy passes for the complex the staff weren't very friendly. Don't know why but wasn't a nice atmosphere. My partner and I went for drinks and to see what entertainment was on. There was no cocktails available what so ever, They were all unavailable. Th e arcade is very much for small kids and all cashless, absolute rubbish to be perfectly honest. We weren't even in the complex 10 minutes. Not suitable for a family without kids. Unfortunately the weather was terrible when we were there so there wasn't anything else to do and was too miserable to go drives outwith the park. We have actually requested a refund for the passes as they weren't used and was pennies off of £40. All in all the caravan and host were exceptional but the park/facilities etc was a let down and wouldn't rush back.

Lovely clean and tidy caravan. Well stocked with most things you might need, just need to take your own towels. Very dog friendly, even provided a few dog snacks. Close to the sandy beach, so dog took himself for a walk and didn't need the lead. Enjoyed our stay. Would definitely stay there again when visiting Lossie in future.
