Fabulous location and very helpful staff, especially Gorky who goes the extra mile to be super helpful and always cheerful. Could walk into town in 15 minutes, but longer returning uphill!! The view is wonderful and it’s a great location / base to explore from. Guests at other bungalows were friendly and quiet. Met some nice folks from Holland and Germany.

The Place was simple and charming - garden absolutely amazing and romantic and the view excellent over the city to the ocean. Pool area is cozy. The house is small and lovely. Our house had the separate gates to go in that only we used, that made it more private. Easy parking. All necessary equipment was in the house. Quiet area with easy access to Los Llanos and the complex is surrounded by lovely households and avocado-gardens.

House 1. Sun on the terrace almost all day. Own entrance to the area. Well-kept garden. Tidy. Very quiet surroundings. Cleaning and bed linen change once/week. Staff friendly and accommodating.

Very nice views, quiet, easy to get to. Strong shower and plenty hot water. Very nice touch the wine and bowl of fruit.
