The location is excellent. Right on the promenade at Las Vistas Beach, an easy walk into Los Christianos or up into Las Americas. Plenty of options for food and drink nearby. The shower is excellent and having a washing machine is a real bonus. A safe, bath and beach Towels and a hairdryer are provided, though I don’t think it says this on the listing. The pool area is fabulous, and as it’s a residential complex, is very quiet, despite being so close to the beach. Communication with the owner and their representatives was excellent, Alfonso came out of his way to find us when the taxi driver dropped us off in the wrong place!

The apartment complex was very private and quiet at night and yet we were only across from the beach with loads of bars and restaurants nearby. We would definitely recommend it

The location was fantastic. The pool was lovely. Reassuring to be in gated compound. The appliances and utensils were great. The rooms were spacious. Plenty of towels. There was a safety deposit box.

Location is fantastic, easy walk into Los Cristianos and playa de las Americas. Lovely clean pool, very relaxing
