This is a lovely property, clean, airy and spacious. The bedrooms were all of a good size and with plenty of storage and hangers. The Beds were really comfy, I had the master room with en-suite and had the best nights sleep I’ve had in years! Plus loads of pillows. It’s really well equipped, the kitchen had a loads of pans, cutlery, utensils and crockery, and a washer machine and an iron are also available in a small utility, we did all our washing while we were there to save a job when home as it dried super quick on the airer. There is plenty of outdoor seating both at the front and rear of the property as well as 4 sunbeds. There are also 4 further chairs on the top floor balcony which has the hot tub on it which was cleaned and heated ready for our use on arrival. The owners had also very kindly left us a welcome gift of a bottle of wine, some beers and some tins of pop in the fridge along with some chocolate bars, a lovely touch as we arrived late evening. The communal pool was a lovely temperature and really quiet the whole time we stayed, the shared facilities are really clean also the pool toilets were spotless. It’s located a short walk from the beach front with loads of bars and restaurants on the route as well as a couple of supermarkets then on the Front there is a whole strip of bars and shops. It’s got enough going on without the hustle and bustle of las Américas but that’s also close enough if you fancy a night out there. There’s plenty of free parking next to the complex if you hire a car like us however parking near the beach is more difficult so we opted to walk when we went. All in all it was a great stay and I’d highly recommend the property

The property was spacious. The rooms were comfortable. The kitchen and dining area were fully equipped and functional. A 5 minute walk from restaurants and bars.

So clean! Like amazing. The villa itself was also great in terms of room size, bathroom size, had three great outdoor spaces with sun all day. Kitchen had good equipment. Comfy chairs.
