Cleanliness of rooms and all areas of the hotel could not be faulted. Staff very friendly, reception continually sending messages throughout stay checking everything was in order. Great courtesy bus to local beach. Great location to access Los Cristianos with a short 15 minute walk and didn’t attempt the climb back but taxis were cheap enough. Lifeguard on pool 3 can’t do enough for you. All in all great holiday thanks

Good spacious rooms. They were clean and had everything we needed . Pool area was lovely and it was a lovely setting . Shuttle bus provided. Staff were friendly

Great place to stay, great amenities, shop, 3 pools to use, gym and spa. Staff were fantastic always checking if we were happy or needed anything. Lifeguard at the pool was so friendly and happy making sure everyone was happy and had beds, well looked after.
