The building is place perfectly on Venice Beach. The rooms are done nicely. The building still has its lovely old charm.

Room was big, clean with great facilities having kitchenette. Microwave broke and the following day we had a new one!

The room is spacious and the bed is comfortable. The kitchen has everything you need to cook light meals. The location is unbeatable, right on the beach in Venice Beach, a highly walkable, funky neighbourhood. The rooftop was nice. I would stay there again.
