The best thing where people working there, with smile and willingness to solve all..bad side rooms were not sometimes cleaned so you have the reminded them. Best of all was Consigerge Mr. Marvin Bojorques. He was going miracles to find tickets to LA GALAXY, dinners, tours..it's a real pleasure and treasure that hotel has such man with such capability . If come will return to hotel for shore.

Fantastic staff, who allowed us to check in a few hours early after a flight from Australia. Roof top bar allowed excellent views of the whole of LA. Gym was 24/7 and had state of the art equipment . Great location to get to crypto.com arena

Very nice and clean hotel, feels luxurious and comfortable, beautiful view from the room and lobby, staff are extremely helpful and friendly, room service is excellent
