The property was well furnished and comfortable. We managed to cook a full Xmas dinner, was handy having the dishwasher, washing machine and dryer too. Location was great, good walking distance to everything including the supermarket.

Fantastic Stay at Laderas Del Sol – A Real Home from Home We had a wonderful stay at this 3-bedroom villa in Laderas Del Sol. The location is excellent – peaceful yet conveniently close to everything you might need. There are plenty of places to eat within walking distance, and the beach and La Zenia Boulevard shopping centre are just a short taxi ride away. The villa itself was spotlessly clean and had everything we could possibly need – from a well-equipped kitchen to comfortable bedrooms and modern bathrooms. It truly felt like a home from home. The pool was a real highlight, perfect for relaxing after a day out. Parking was available, which makes things easier if you decide to hire a car, but the local bus service was also good – not super frequent, but reliable if you time it right. A special thank you to Rose, James and John, who were incredibly helpful and always on hand if we needed anything. Nothing was ever too much trouble. We honestly couldn’t have asked for more and are already looking forward to coming back next year!

This villa is perfect, we have been visiting this area for 19 years, and this is the 2nd time we have used this villa and it is definitely our favourite. The villa has absolutely everything you need and the welcome package that Rose arranges is priceless, especially when arriving late at night. James is great and extremely helpful. The pool area is clean and a fantastic place to relax in the sun/ The area is quiet and feels safe, a short walk to a host of different pubs and restaurants giving you plenty of choices in an evening.
