It was the little things that made the apartment great. It is ideally situated, for walkers and water sports enthusiasts alike. So if you like to be next to the Mar Menor, your by the water within a minute’s walk. I was met by Maria, who had the fob for the underground carpark, then was taken to the apartment, she was accommodating, and it was nice to be met by a happy person. The host had thought of those little things, like the 2 chairs being placed outside with their cushions on (there are 4 chairs with cushions altogether) – the little Christmas tree was a thoughtful welcome as it was December. I came for the water sports and had my own kit so its an easy to transport straight onto the beach. Other people left their kit round the back by their cars and apartments seems safe enough as there is a security guard 24/7 on the front with the car barriers , whom stopped me the first day, which is excellent as he did not know me by sight then – There is a great kite teacher called Alex Sanz You tube - 0711087505 whom, is very patient and has many years of experience in kite surfing and other sports. The American lounge is an excellent size and the bed was comfy. The shower was clean and hot with a good strong spray There is a dishwasher a washing machine, microwave, toaster- full-sized oven, fridge and separate freezer, all the utensils that I think you would need—and good quality pans. Two towels and shopping bags for the bins were provideif you needed them. There were a few Coffee pods, tea bags and a Full-size kettle as it’s a must for many guests: hairdryer and large TV. The balcony is great for the evening sun so that is a bonus, I usually look for that but did not when choosing this apartment – Yes, I had many days of it being 21 degrees in December 2024. All in all I had an excellent stay.

Host met us upon arrival with the keys also ran through a few basics with us made our arrival very pleasant Very secure complex with 24hr security so no through traffic very quiet. Ideally situated only a 7 min drive to the main 525 strip (Full of restaurants ,bars etc) Local market on a Saturday with plenty of fresh produce
