Big communal area, very close to the beach and main strip. Cockatoos and Kookaburras came to say hi on the deck. There is an epic fire place!

The location was great. Easy walking distance to shops, beach, cafes etc. It's a comfortable house with a great view and a lovely deck and plenty of living space. Lots of games for wet days supplied and plenty of kitchen equipment which made things easier (although the none of the cooking knives were sharp ) The second fridge, in the laundry, was a bonus. A quiet street so sleeping was easy.
