The place was so nice and clean. Owner was the best part of the accomodation. Very kind and polite person who would do anything for the guests. Definitely we will go there next time because we were very happy with all. Also the breakfast was very tasty and view was amazing. I would recomend this place for anyone for sure.

Perfection in the Rubicon Valley of Romagna. Top communication from Filippo from first booking to departure. Wonderful rooms set in grounds of family estate, spacious furnished terraces, separare large bbq area, allowing comfort, privacy and great views of low hills, cultivated with vines and olives. Room is furnished to a high standard of style and comfort, with water, fruit, fridge, kettle with tea/coffee mono packs. Due to the June heat the conditioning and wooden shutters maintained a cool and dark night's rest. Breakfast served by Filippo just outside our room comprising much more than might be expected, with home made mother's cake, fruit, juices, yogurts, hams and cheeses if required and delicious coffee. Having lunched in the area we didn't dine in the town although bought some bread from the local baker to go with our wine and cheese. The room is also furnished with plates and cutlery for take away dining or on site bbq-ing, although we had brought our own as we were visiting to collect wine from a nearby vineyard, which is an annual trip. Filippo had earlier offered to supply details of local restaurants, which is obviously ideal for other guests. The local area is beautiful and worth further exploration for future visits although our satnav wasn't obliging very much on the rural roads. We certainly would recommend other guests to book as the 'Room.and Breakfast' is far superior than informal hotels. Parking is ample, free and safe, and just across the quiet road from the house. Filippo's command of English is superb and the discreet visit by his little cat is a bonus for animal lovers. We shall be back as we only live 90mins away from this gem of Allogio al San Girolomo, Longiano.
