The room was spotless and spacious. Lovely view and really quiet. The breakfast was exceptional quality and quite delicious. The host was helpful but not intrusive. We loved our stay and would highly recommend.

We had a fantastic stay at Augherea House. The accommodation was spotlessly clean, incredibly comfortable, and spacious throughout. Its location is perfect – just a short distance from Longford, making it very convenient while still offering peace and quiet. Our host Matt was welcoming and attentive, striking the perfect balance between friendliness and professionalism. The breakfast was excellent, freshly prepared and just what we needed to start the day right. There’s also ample parking, which made things even easier. I would highly recommend Augherea House to anyone visiting the area – a real gem!

Extremely comfortable in a lovely rural location, but close to Longford town. First class rooms and 5 star breakfast. A friendly, but not intrusive host. Exceptional b&b should have 5 stars next to its name!

Very clean, good shower,very comfortable bed. Host exceptional. Breakfast tasty.. Homemade brown bread, classical cello in the background.. Would definitely recommend staying here!
