The fine print
From 1st January 2023, a tourist tax of RM 10 per room per night is applied to all foreign guests. This tax is not included in the room rate and must be paid upon check-in. Guests with a valid Malaysian Identity Card or valid permanent residents MY PR Card are exempted. Effective 1st July 2021, all prices quoted are subject to 6% Sales & Services Tax (SST) excluding hotel accommodation in accordance with Malaysian Government legislation.Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian.

Staff services was excellent, food at Marriott Cafe was exceptionally good, rooms big and spacious.

Everything was lovely about this resort but what really stood out were the very gracious hosts/hostesses there, from the reception staff, to the restaurant staff, to the cleaners and the gift shop girl. Everyone was very friendly, helpful and most accommodating. The swimming pool was lovely, the children enjoyed it thoroughly. The shuttles were frequent and quick between the resort and the National Park

The hotel is so close to the park and you can see bats flying around the hotel after sun set. Room was very comfortable. Staff were very friendly. All facilities were beautiful and always clean. The food was very good.

The hotel is located in a nice garden/ jungle. It is quiet and the view from the rooms is super nice.
