Most of the staff was very friendly. Beds were very comfortable. Location 9 minutes walk from metro station.

The hotel looks new and is well equipped. The staff was always ready to help. The room was a sufficient size, well equipped and clean. We had a view of the Manhattan skyscrapers from the room. The location is not as bad as most people have written. You have a 8 minute walk to the subway station, and in 4 stops you are near Times Square. The neighborhood looks little bit scary on first sight, but it is not dangerous at all (I'm talking as a men) because we went to the subway station at any time of the day or night and had no inconvenience. Also, not far from the hotel there are small shops, ATMs and fast food restaurants.
