Copious, tasty breakfast, lovely, quiet room. Discussions with the hosts were a pleasure. All the facilities are clean and well designed. A view from the room was agreable with very green landscape. The localisation was nice to take a boat at Portsmouth or Southampton.

The brownies were excellent. Great welcome card too. We loved staying there (soooo cosy) and want to go back next summer. Great hosts. Beautiful cottage.
