What an incredible experience. It was like walking back in time as we stepped into the foyer and the staff were excellent. They remind everyone that it is basically a museum, so the fixtures and fittings are not to modern standards. We found that this added to the whole experience and the fact that we were in the Royal Suite probably helped too.

The staff are so warm and friendly. The ship decor is beautiful. Breakfast was plentiful and the staff at the Promenade Cafe deserve a special mention as they were always ensuring we were topped up for coffees or water...so professional and helpful. Check in was quick and easy. A wonderful experience!
