Self-parking is available at the Pike Parking Garage located directly across the street from the hotel at Bay and Cedar Avenue.Please note that in and out privileges are not allowed. This parking facility is not operated by the hotel so we are unable to apply parking charges to your guestroom. Please contact them for rates. Hyatt The Pike Long Beach will validate parking vouchers for complimentary 2 hours.When booking 5 or more rooms, different policies apply. For more information, please contact the property directly.All renovation work will occur Monday through Saturday between 09:00 and 17:00.Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

The hotel has a heated roof top pool that is open until 10pm. Unfortunately the bar at the pool was still closed. The hotel is located near the pier in Long Beach and right in the middle of the outlet shopping mall - that was a welcomed surprise for us :) plenty of restaurants and coffee shops around - although not the best ones :)

Loved everything here. Arrived early expecting to just store our bags but were told we could have an instant check in if we upgraded, the upgrade was to a king and queen deluxe room. It was very reasonably priced and the room was amazing. So much space, clean, usb and magnetic phone/watch chargers. Mini fridge in the room. The rooftop pool was stunning and really lovely and warm. Both my kids loved it here and didn't want to leave. Went onto a different hotel elsewhere in LA afterwards but we are already missing this place and wish we had stayed longer. Special thanks to David who checked us in, you really helped make our stay here so special!! Thank you!

Absolutely fantastic Hotel. Located perfectly for restaurants shopping and short transfer to the pier if you’re going on a cruise . Massive rooms very comfortable bed we would stay at this hotel again any time.

Location, location, location... love it! Close to everything! OMG! Roof top pool is fantastic. Highly recom for cruisers...
