The property was very clean and staff were ex polite , helpful & knowledgeable Especially Shannon on reception , Sge was very clued into our needs as a disability couple

Staff were lovely and attentive. Food in restaurant, bar and the breakfast was really tasty. A nice touch was the glass of prosecco on arrival. We also had a room upgrade which was unexpected and a lovely surprise as it was our wedding anniversary.

The hotel was very central to shops and the Millennium Forum which we were going to that evening. The greeting at reception from Brendan and Brooke was lovely, the bubbles were a lovely gesture!! The staff couldn’t have been any nicer and we had a first class service experience. Breakfast was good, dinner they evening tasty and plentiful and the bed super comfy, the room nice and cosy and not a bit of noise .. bliss !!

The staff were exceptional, we went for a hen party and they greeted us with free champagne. They were all friendly and welcoming and the breakfast was gorgeous!
