The hotel is beautiful, the rooms and beds are comfortable, the facilities are top class, the location is perfect. However, it is the service which makes this hotel exceptional. All the staff are so friendly and helpful, and go over and beyond to make your stay memorable. I left a valuable item in my room after check out, and it arrived on my doorstep in England by lunchtime the following day. So grateful to everyone who helped. We will definitely be back.

We had an apartment for a family of 4. The apartment was beautifully maintained and private with access to the main hotel facilities right over the road. The best of both worlds
