Property was spotless and in a good location close to all activities. The hosts were very accommodating, letting us check in early as we had a family function. Great big shared kitchen with all amenities. Shared bathrooms and shower facilities on several floors. All spotless. Value for money

room was really super nice and cozy, as well as the lounge area - I love the colours, the wall paper and the decoration; breakfast option delivered to the room was a great benefit... free parking on the street in front of the house was a plus! overall great value for money

The room was spacious as were the shared bathrooms. Kitchen had all the necessary facilities and the house had a good feel to it. Within walking distance to the centre of Derry as well of the train/bus station. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful.
