I liked that it is quite cheap and is very ideal for travelling with family or friends. I liked the hotel staff, very friendly and the guy at the reception made us feel very good because he quickly realised that we spoke Spanish, and when he found out about this he explained everything to us in Spanish and it was very pleasant the whole stay

Staff was super friendly and helpful 🙂. Bus no 8, C10 are best to visit big Ben and museum.
