Friendly day staff, very clean, lift available, free luggage storage, kitchen and plenty of areas to sit, under bed lockers and small valuable lockers, bed light and charging point, hanging space, quiet hours advised- if respected by other guests, doors dont slam, sink and mirror in room. Yha are a quality hostel and provide a service you should expect, but often dont get from others. Plenty of space in rooms and bunks not stacked to the ceiling.

It was extremely clean and only 4 person rooms, which left me feeling the ‘privacy’ much more. Also I felt very safe about my important belongings as I could leave them at the reception desk any time
