Hotel was smaller than we thought , roof top bar staff were rude , didn’t bother going there for breakfast , staff otherwise very friendly , we booked after seeing article in Sunday paper re Richard Bransons new hotel and a lot of hype but didn’t do it for us 😥

A very stylish and spotlessly clean hotel with everything you could need for a comfortable stay. The waiter in the restaurant deserves a special mention – he was exceptionally kind and welcoming. Breakfast was enjoyable, and the complimentary drinks were a nice bonus.
