The apartment was in great location in Westminster - a short walk to Victoria Station. The air conditioning was a bonus as it was quite warm in London during our stay. The rooms were clean.

1. The location couldn't be better! It's near a lovely and vibrant street which has lots of restaurants and pubs, as well as an enormous supermarket. If you are flying to or from Gatwick, definitely stay here as Victoria Station is within a five-minute walk. Moreover, the underground is next to the station and a couple of very convenient lines are available (victoria, circle & district); not to mention the short walk to Buckingham Palace - not more than 15 minutes. 2. The apartment is really spacious, stylish, with AC (it is working indeed) and IT HAS A LIFT! 3. The customer service certainly was swift and with a human behind the screen. 4. All of the check-in instructions were sent via Booking chat and promptly - a few days prior to our arrival. Yet, what matters the most is that they were clear - tutorials for the devices were attached.
