Staff were great. Location was ideal. Room was clean. Security safe, small fridge, TV, shower, toilet, and air con all worked well. Single bed was OK. Cheaper than other hotels.

All of the staff were really lovely. Location was really convenient for Paddington station. The bed was comfortable. Quiet considering location. Was able to store my luggage all day.

Just a few minutes walk from Paddington station, very friendly and helpful staff, although room was small it was very well decorated and clean. Having a fridge in the room was a nice bonus.
