Twin room - was spacious, and well situated (5th floor). Lift worked well, location was excellent, staff were hospitable, the breakfast was modest, yet sufficient, the coffee was good. TV was fine - the desk was ok for working at. The safe was appreciated. The shower was hot.

It's always good here, the staff are great and it's close to Bayswater rd and 2 tube stations and plenty of shops and restaurants it's also very close to Hyde park

Continental breakfast was adequate, the croissants were delicious but all in all a limited choice. Fresh fruit would have been nice.

Breakfast was fine, typical continental, location was great close to Hyde Park, subway and busses, shop's and restaurants, pubs and fast food all very close by
