Loved the location, the beds, and the fact that the minibar is working and the water is complimentary. Also great staff, very helpful and responsive. The changed our leaking coffee machine fast and provided approval towels, bottled water and coffee. We had a beautiful view from the 5th floor. Also, very good curtains, blocking out most of the light, and very quiet rooms, despite being very close to Leicester Square
