The location is excellent. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly. The hotel is clean and comfortable. They offer you bar tokens if you decide you don’t want to your room cleaned. Great and fun initiative to reduce waste.

Perfect location for the theatres and a short walk to Covent Garden. The room was a decent size and beds were comfortable.Breakfast was really good and the staff were very friendly and helpful.

Amazing atmospheric hotel. Yin on reception was excellent and did everything to accommodate our needs. Everywhere pristine. Room well designed. Lovely bathroom. Excellent choices for breakfast with good quality ingredients. Would definitely stay again. Good selection of restaurants near by. Bar prices competitive. Lovely staff everywhere.
