Great organization, great team, great convenience. Good feeling throughout the whole stay. Free coffee and water are always a nice touch. Unexpected and surprising quite stay, even though you are few steps away from pubs and bars.

The hotel was in a good location close to Embankment tube station , Staff were friendly and welcoming and we liked the 24hr reception Came back from an evening show and we were able to order drinks to take to the room which was a nice touch.

Check in was quick and easy, staff were super friendly. Great lifts to floors. Place really clean. Breakfast options available. Resident bar were very accommodating. Room was small but perfect for what we needed it for. Great shower, TV and windows were soundproof so absolutely no noise coming from street outside. Literally a 2 min walk to Charing Cross Tube Station.
