Staff were very helpful with any questions I had. Hotel was very central and close to the underground do great for getting about. Was the best price of hotels I looked at as I booked within a month of my travel date. Bed was comfy. When I left suitcase on arrival staff took it to my room for me once my room was ready. Sound-proofing effective - couldn’t hear any noise from nearby rooms.

The hotel is so central (corner with Haymarket Road which leads to Trafalgar Square), and yet it is in a quiet area. It is comfy and clean. The staff is very sweet and helpful too. We arrived well before the official Check In time (as I had advised the hotel), and the room was ready by the time of our arrival which was brilliant for us! 5* on that! A good breakfast is offered at an extra charge, and water is offered for free. The room had a walk- in shower. Loved the fact that there's an AC which worked well in such high unpredictable temperatures. I loved that our room was on the ground floor and saved me steps. However, the hotel is equipped with an elevator.

The location at the price can not be beaten for a theatre trip! This hotel is clean, convenient & the staff are friendly & helpful.
