Staff were very friendly and helpful. Complementary drinks from the bar downstairs. Great location (5 min walk from Temple station). Room was clean but smelt a little funny (probably because there was no window for ventilation). Amenities were brought to our door if we needed.

Really good value for money. The room feels like capsule hotel but it's really cozy, very comfortable and very clean. Staff was very nice, helpful, and the buffet breakfast is lovely. Location is perfect in terms of walking around and going to the theatres or being connected to buses.
