We were looked after by Viktoria who showed us up to our room and was super friendly and approachable. The room was clean, a great size with a wonderful bathroom, it was perfect for our overnight stay and we had a great time!

Large room with small refrigerator and tea and coffee making facilities. Close to bus or tube transport. There is a restaurant in the basement and it is very nice. The lift is very cool, where you scan your room key and it takes you directly to your floor, very secure. The staff are great, especially Viktoria.

Adam was incredibly welcoming, extremely friendly and most helpful. He offered us a superior room as soon as we arrived however it was not available to check in, until the following day. The room was very nice and much more spacious than the room we stayed in on the first night.

We were very happy that w could book at very late notice. We had booked other accommodation but we couldn't find it because they didn't provide adequate information about how to get there, and they didn't respond to our phone calls/emails (they still haven't!) Your hotel turned out to be much more convenient fo us, and cheaper 😊 We had booked a Jack the Ripper tour and we were able to walk to it from your hotel. Your staff were very friendly and welcoming, and have us information about places to eat, and how to find the tour.
