“Its fine”

Great location, 10 minutes walk from Paddington train station and 5 minutes walk from tube station. Plenty of bars and restarants within walking distance. Its grand, will stay here again when visiting London, depending on price !

Location was good and staff friendly. If you need an overnight stay close to transport this is absolutely fine. Pub and restaurants in walking distance. Close to Hyde Park and Paddington Station.

We were allocated into biggest room and was great full. Then found out AC not working, my husband came back with a standing fan and was told they will fix the AC tmr. That is find so we went to bed. 2nd night we got back our the AC still not fixed and my husband when. Came back tomorrow morning 9am will let us know the outcome. I was not happy so I went to confirm myself what they can do for me tonight, FULLY BOOKED nothing is going to happen. 3rd day 910am went to ask how, was told my room need an engineer to fix the AC so I assume is very serious problem and I said is ok to fix it while will be outside. She refused as said they need to vacant the room to fix the AC. You must move if you want an AC room. My concern: when I check in I was told that I have the biggest room and will our next room the same. She told me is exactly the same only without stairs. Don’t worry we will organise everything when you come back everything is find and you have a new room with AC. After 11am no more changing. Will get back to you as i need to pack everything. Sure this packing is not only concern myself. My family too. She rang later my answer is WE MOVE. 3rd night was given new room key.We when in and is not right. Our room is so much smaller. I can’t open my luggage in my bedroom. My son said mom are we being down graded to a small room!!! So we when to check how come this room is so much smaller. He said this is a Victorian building they can’t do much. Ok fine. May I have back my old room. He said NO is was occupied. I was shocked. Has the AC been fixed? Not sure. Then I told him what I was told. He said this must be a junior staff that answered. There is no way every room is the same. Again I ask any other room. No we FULLY BOOKED. I said I can’t open my luggage he answered I’m very sure you can. So my husband said can you show us. He went to our room by removing our 1seat sofa see here you can do so. I was exhausted. Nothing happen we stay the same room.
