The hotel is even better than the pictures. The style and comfort exceeded my expectations as did the standard of food and service. I feel I need to mention the staff as they are outstanding, with nothing being too much trouble for them, you feel they genuinely care about your experience in the hotel. The room was spacious and very comfortable and very quiet despite the amazing location in Soho.

It was our 30th wedding anniversary and we got upgraded to a Junior Suite which was a lovely surprise. Also a bottle of champagne and cake was placed in our room on arrival. Amazing! Alvyda in the restaurant and Ellie on reception were outstanding as were the rest of the team.
