Staff was incredibly friendly and we loved the free mini-bar and tea service in the morning. Hotel was genereally quiet and the location is perfect (only 5 mins walk from KingsX station). We had Netflix connected on the TV and we felt very welcome. Special thanks for the strawberry jam!

The staff were brilliant. So nice and helpful. A lot of personal touches that we loved- tea in the morning, free mini bar, a small gift on arrival. We were looked after. The room was clean and quiet (considering how close it is to King Cross station). Easy self check in and good location. I would come back!
