The fine print
Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. In response to Coronavirus (COVID-19), additional safety and sanitation measures are in effect at this property. Due to Coronavirus (COVID-19), this property is taking steps to help protect the safety of guests and staff. Certain services and amenities may be reduced or unavailable as a result. Breakfast is only included for extra guests when they have paid for an extra bed. Extra beds cost an additional GBP 40 per person per night.
Families are welcome at The Rembrandt, and children aged 4 or under stay for free when sharing with two adults. For families of three, a number of rooms can either accommodate a roll-away bed or a sofa bed. Guests must notify the hotel at time of booking through Special Requests exactly how many adults and children will be in each room. Please be advised that the hotel cannot always guarantee a room if they are not made aware in advance that there will be 3 people in 1 room.
If you have reserved a rate that requires a deposit, for your security, the credit card used for pre-payment must be presented at check in. If the guest does not have access to that credit card, they must be able to provide an official form of photo I.D. i.e. Passport or photo driving licence, a copy of which will be retained by the hotel.
Please note that the Health Club is now open to hotel guests at a discounted rate. Normal opening hours are Monday to Friday 07:00 - 22:00 and Saturday and Sunday 08:00 - 20:00. Last entry is 45 minutes before closing. Children are welcome to use the pool all day Saturday and Sunday, and from 09:00 - 18:00 Monday to Friday. Please note, there are different opening times over the Christmas period: December 24th, 27th, 28th, 29th, 30th & 31st, 08:00 – 16:00. Christmas Day, Boxing Day & New Year’s Day: Closed. January 2nd & 3rd, 10:00 – 18:00.
