The reception and bar staff were great. The location is fantastic. Opposite the tube and surrounded by cars, restaurants, shops, etc

Brilliant location, welcoming staff, near to tube station, shops, restaurants and a short walk to the Royal Albert Hall which we were visiting.

Location is superb, stones throw away from the tube station and close to all the museums and galleries. Hotel was absolutely spotless and the staff were very polite, kind and attentive. Excellent building and great value for money. We will be staying again and bringing more people.
