Everything was wonderful. It was a last minute booking because I couldn’t stay at the hotel I had booked at ( too awful.) When I turned up at this hotel the man behind the desk immediately showed me I had made the right decision . He upgraded my booking and the room was just perfect . Everything about it was luxurious . It was quiet and clean, the bed was so comfortable and had both shower and bath . I would recommend the hotel to everyone ! I’ll definitely be staying when visiting London again .

The staff were very welcoming, friendly and helpful from the moment we stepped in the door! They let us check in early as our room was ready, and was just a very pleasant experience from start to finish. Rooms had everything we needed, super comfy bed, clean room and bathroom. We had breakfast too and this was an excellent selection, again, staff were really friendly and attentive.
