Room was quiet at the front of the hotel with a nice view of the Shard. We did not like the first room we had as there was a noisy generator that would have kept me awake but the front desk staff were really helpful and let us move to another room. The porter (I forget his name but I am sure it began with F!) was so lovely and polite. I love the location of this hotel - very handy to so many sights of London.

Great location. Lovely large room (we stayed in senior classroom) with comfortable bed. Staff are great. Hotel atmosphere like a spa - tranquil. Our second stay and hotel of choice for London stays
