Reservations of 5 rooms or more will be considered as a group booking therefore a deposit will be required at time of reservation or your booking will not be confirmed.Reservations made for our Residences for 3 nights or more, a non-refundable deposit will be required. The Hotel will send a secure payment link to arrange payment.Please note that all our bedding is hypo-allergenic, there is no duck or down/ feather bedding at The Guardsman.Please inform in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation.
Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

Had a wonderful stay here, it really is a first class hotel with lovely atmosphere, super helpful and friendly staff, great service and very comfortable rooms. Somehow they’ve managed to balance modern elegant interiors with “old world” features and decor, so it feels classic but also very modern. Bathrooms are particularly lovely. Love that you can leave your luggage with them before check in, and that this was then taken up to our room for us when we did check in. For a 5-star place it feels very classy but also homely, which is not an easy thing to achieve!

Quiet and elegant hotel, with friendly and competent staff. The room had a lovely decor and a very comfortable bed. The restaurant served a Delicious breakfast! I will definitely, be back in the future.

Breakfast is good with plenty of choices. I would prefer a bit more daylight as the breakfast room is in the -1 level. Just a thought - maybe breakfast room could be upstairs while bar and part of the lounge downstairs?
