Great location, right next to Trafalgar Square and within easy walking distance of the West End. Polite staff, comfy bed, and the hotel generally feels quite upmarket so made the trip feel a bit special. The room was clean, the shower worked and the heating just-about coped with the cold weather. The bar staff were efficient and the bar was a comfortable place to sit with a cocktail or two.

Great location, comfortable room, great addition of a microwave and plates dishes and cutlery.

The room was very nice, warm (once the heating had had a chance), the bed was very comfortable. The staff were delightful and very helpful (at the slightest hint of a need :) )
