I didn't have or know about breakfast availability but the location was good, near my daughter's apartment and some very nice local bars & restaurants

I was surprised at how lovely this place was. I booked it very last minute and didn't expect much and I was very pleasantly surprised! I will be returning in the future, if I need somewhere to stay near work. Clean, super fresh sheets, the usual kettle and coffee, but also a delicious Cadburys hot chocolate in the room. A great mirror and dressing table. A quiet and calm night (very much appreciated). Good location near the Northern Line, quick and easy, supermarket and shops nearby. Beautiful building and entrance.
