Everything was really really good. The staff were friendly and accomodating with any query we had. Their lounge on the 5th floor is great. I loved that there were board games available:) The location is perfect. Approx 15 mins walk from Liverpool Street train station, less than 5 mins from Aldgate underground station, 10 mins from Sky Garden, 20 mins from Tower Bridge, less than 5mins from Brick Lane etc. Plenty of fast food places to eat out and many restaurants near by. There was no noise in the night time,it was nice to sleep, especially for my partner who is a light sleeper. Sounds isolation is good. Despite not having the best view, which we didn't mind, we liked the place, as it was clean and neat. Also, pillows were surprisingly nice and good to sleep on, which is not the case in many places. Definitely a bonus. Me and my partner would stay there again. Next time visiting London,this will be our place to stay.

Excellent location. Close to stations and buses. Easy to get Uber. Lots of cafes and restaurants close by as well as small supermarkets Polite and helpful staff One of the party is a wheelchair user and we were extremely impressed to be asked to fill in a form in case of evacuation. It was comprehensive and suitable for access requirements. The Terrace on the 5th floor was bright and welcoming. 24 hr access to hot and cold drinks much appreciated. Gym was small but very well stocked. Kitchenette was well stocked and the fridge a good size. Washing machine and dish washer also in the room.
