The absolutely attention to detail, the staff from the minute we arrived to be greated by the concierge to the waiting staff and generally everyone in between, nothing was an issue and were made to feel absolutely special. Due to confirming that a family member worked in the hotel many years ago, we were treated to a few additional gifts that went above and beyond our expectations and made our stay even more so amazing…. Just an amazing stay

This is one of those beautiful prestigious world known hotels. The decor was beautiful and my room was gorgeous. The staff were amazing even to the point of getting me specialized tailor scissors. No requests denied.
