The staff at the hotel were lovely, especially the lady at reception, we arrived slightly earlier and she upgraded us. The breakfast was divine at the terrace. The location was perfect for our visit as we went to the palace theatre.

From the moment we walked in the staff were lovely and attentive. We were treated to a complimentary upgrade to a junior suite and it was a gorgeous room - so nice and big. We were able to make use of the health club, which was a great space to have access too. I had drinks in the bar with friends in the evening which was nice, and breakfast was excellent. The hotel was an oasis of calm next to chaos of Piccadilly Circus. We can't wait to stay again!

I cannot find a bad word to say about the Dilly. From arrival to departure the staff were amazing and the facilities were too. It was my birthday and they upgraded and decorated my room as well as laid on a couple of special complimentary surprises for me and my missus. Staff were friendly and accommodating, facilities were excellent and the breakfast was vast and tasty. So much choice and all good quality too. I look forward to going back there and am looking for excuses to do so.

I just wanted to share how much I absolutely loved our stay. I honestly didn’t expect so much—it truly exceeded all expectations. The room decorations were beautiful, and the thoughtful amenities, including the cake and bottle of Prosecco, made us feel incredibly special as we celebrated our one-year anniversary and my husband’s birthday. It was such a memorable surprise. The staff were so warm and welcoming, and their kindness added to the entire experience. Thank you Eleni for the beautiful decoration. Thank you for making our celebration unforgettable—we truly appreciated everything. Looking forward to visiting again!

Great location for the theatre . The Dilly decorated our room for 60th birthday and when returned later there was fizz on ice and fancy cakes Was a lovely thought. Thank you to the Dilly .

Had a fantastic two night break, all staff delivered an excellent service and were very attentive, rooms very clean and comfortable, fabulous breakfast. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay 😊
