The breakfast was great just a shame the hot food wasn’t cooked freshly for the individual… but was great quality… The spa locker were hard to use and was a bit cold when not swimming. Hotel was lovely and we had amazing afternoon tea and enjoy our stay where the staff looked after us well. Beautiful views from the penthouse we was upgraded to.. making our stay a memory extra special. But thank you Mohit

The room was very spacious, spotlessly clean, and the bed was comfortable. We stayed in a room with a marina view, which was beautiful and made our stay even more special. However, the check-in process was disappointing. The receptionist took a long time to find our booking, and the room wasn’t ready even though we arrived at 4 PM, which was frustrating after a long journey.
